Why Booknfly

Specialists in one part of the world.

We cover India, the Himalaya and Bhutan, and we would rather do that well than sell you everywhere.

The short version

We are in the same time zone as your journey.

Booknfly is based in India. The people planning your route deal directly with the drivers, guides and hotels who will look after you — not through an intermediary in another country.

That matters on the days when something moves. A flight is retimed, a pass closes, a festival changes date. Being close to the ground is the difference between a problem you hear about and a problem you notice.

What you get

Seven things we will hold ourselves to.

Deliberately specific, and deliberately free of awards and badges we have not earned.

Destination expertise

We concentrate on India, the Himalaya and Bhutan rather than selling the whole world thinly. The regions we cover are listed openly on the destinations page — if something is not there, we will tell you rather than improvise.

Local knowledge

Route decisions come from having done the drives and stayed in the rooms: which road is genuinely four hours, which viewpoint is worth the early start, which month a pass opens.

Personalised journeys

Every itinerary is written for one set of travellers. Two people asking for the same fortnight in Rajasthan will not receive the same document.

Attention to detail

Arrival timings, altitude gain, the order of cities, where a long drive falls in the week — the unglamorous decisions are the ones that make a journey work.

Responsive support

Enquiries are answered by a person, usually within one working day, and you keep the same contact from first message to final night.

A working partner network

Guides, drivers, lodges and hotels we use are ones we deal with directly and return to. We do not publish partner logos we have not been given permission to use.

Responsible travel

Local guides, locally owned stays where they are the better choice, fair payment for the people who host and lead you, and honest advice about places where visitor pressure is already a problem.

Being straight with you

What we do not claim.

You will not find award badges, membership logos, traveller counts or five-star review widgets on this site. Not because they do not matter, but because we will only publish what we can substantiate — and we would rather you judged us on the itinerary we send you.

Ask us anything about how a journey is put together, who operates it on the ground, or what a price covers. We will answer plainly.

How it works

Four steps, and no obligation until you say yes.

Designing and revising an itinerary costs nothing. You only commit once the journey is genuinely the one you want.

01

Tell us your idea

Send us as much or as little as you have — dates, a rough shape, or simply that you would like to see India. A conversation follows, by email or call, at a time that works where you are.

02

We design your journey

You receive a written itinerary: the route, why it runs in that order, where you stay each night and what each day actually involves.

03

We refine it together

Almost nobody takes the first draft. Change the pace, swap a region, add days, take days out. This is the part that matters most, and there is no charge for revisions.

04

You travel

Everything is confirmed and documented before you fly. You travel with a local point of contact and our number, and we stay reachable throughout.

Let us show you rather than tell you.

Send us a rough idea. What comes back will tell you more about how we work than any page of promises.
